All The Wave Was In A Flame

2017

How can two individuals share experiences that exist beyond the limits of language? How can such experiences be communicated to an audience? What do inner landscapes look like, when finally exposed to the light? The Fourth Stage work with dance, music and light in an attempt to address these questions.

All The Wave Was In A Flame is an invitation into a dreamworld built of inner images and primary emotions, such as aggression and care, loneliness and togetherness.

Written, directed and performed by: Mirte Bogaert and Vincent Stephen (The Fourth Stage)

Coproduced with: Bergen Dansesenter – regionalt kompetansesenter for dans

Supported by: Bergen Kommune and FFUK
